Christmas Angel Hunt

Please join OLC parish in front of the Church on Saturday evening for a Covid-safe family event.  This is similar to a scavenger hunt.  You will receive an “angel checklist” with the description of 12 appearances  of angels found in the Bible. (12 honors the traditional 12 days of Christmas)

Required:  Car and flashlight

How:

• You will receive a card with directions to a house where you can find your angel (not necessarily in numeric order), address will be on the back of your cards
• When you arrive at the house, you will see an angel in the front yard with a number on it and a passage from Scripture that tells of that angels appearance.  Match the number of the angel to the description that matches the passage.
• At the feet of the angel you will find directions to your next angel site.  At 3 sites you will need to search(using flashlight) to find directions to next site.
• Once you have all 12 angels, drop off your completed checklist for a drawing for prizes.  All who participate will be offered a little treat at the close.  The drawing for prizes will be at 7:30 pm.
